Simple and Strong Design:

ERVA BDA-35 consist only of 3 main parts: Body, pushing arm and hydaulical cylinder. Additionally 3 pins to put this 3 parts together. The body and the pusher arm are made of certified St 52-3 steel. Hydraulic cylinder is heavy duty type, all bearings are bronze supported. Pins are made of 4140 steel and hardened completly.

Typically using of ERVA BDA-35 is like described: First 3-5 blocks are cutted, the cutted blocks are prepared for turn-over opened 15-20 cm with water bolster. With push order the operator attaches the BDA-35 to the excavator (similar with attaching a hydraulic hammer, brings the excavator to the right position and turns over the blocks one after another. The turning over lasts ca 2 minutes for each block, in all 10-20 minutes. There is no need for any other equipment or manpower. After turn-over the excavator is free and returns to the breaking work.

Using with Excavator and also with Wheel Loader:

Because of working at top of cutted blocks facility, ERVA BDA-35 can used on the wheel loaders attached with extantion arm. In this way due to the mine structure excavator and loader can use the same attachment in change between them. The dual use makes ERVA BDA-35 incomparable against the competitors.

ERVA BDA-35 works at the top level, in sight of the operator, against the competitors it doesn’t go down to the bottom of the cutting:
 

The most Pushing:

ERVA BDA-35 pushes the block at the top 125 cm with the pushing arm and 3 m using the body. Competitors can open the pusher arm only 40-50 cm, so they must to go the bottom of the cuttet block to turn over.

High Speed:

Turn-over of each block is to realise in 1,5 – 2 minutes only. Operator doesn’t fight ageinst the block, he alone turns over each block very quickly and simple.
