ERVA uses quaranted right and necessary quantity of the material due to the need:
Certified St 52-3 steel at the body, AR400 / AR500 class structured steel at the cutting edge and side bars.

The ERVA bucket widens to the front to secure the easy emty.
 

ERVA buckets back are double curved (dual radius). The curve of the lo-wer side of the bucket has to response to the bucket rotation on the machine arm while the bucket goes into the ground.

First at all ERVA buckets fit the using conditions and the volume, size, weight in the bucket tables of the machine manufacturers, and also fit the own standards of the machine manufacturers

General Purpose Buckets:
 

The most widely used and versatile bucket, available in different widths depending on the machine capacity. The base blade and side cutters are in wear-resistant steel, ensuring the necessary toughness for all routine work. The bucket adapts to different applications, from ditch and trench digging to moving material of light to medium consistency.

Heavy Duty Buckets:
 

This buckets are used to excavate the stony and partially abrasive soil. ERVA uses AR400 (AR500) class steel at the cutting edge, AR400 class steel at the side bars and St52-3 steel on the body and speciall abrasiv resistant steels at the wears.

ERVA strengthens the bucket inside, at the hooks, tork sheet, back and side sheets with extra supports.
