Due to the heavy duty conditions in marble, granit and rock mines, the rippers used here have definitely two radiuses and manufactured with solid shank. A well designed ripper with two radiuses can separate big blocs from the large chunk with a very high lever function.

Material ist St 52-3 machine manufacturing steel or for heavy applications AR400 (abrasiv resistant steel with 400 HB hardness) quality class steel. Machine– attachment pins are made of high performance and quality steels and are hardened completely.

According to the customer requirement, ERVA Ripper is offered with 3 different ends:

• Welded HARDOX wear plates
• Welded cast-end
• Pin-on cast-end
