Due to the widespread application in the world, ERVA Quick Coupler’s are designed above having hanger and belove locking
sideways with pins. The hydraulic circuit has definitely to be joined to the low level pressure (pilot pressure of 40 bar) line

of the machine. To use the maximal operating weight, the pin center of the bom of the machine and the QuickCoupler are

designed very close.

Material ist St 52-3 machine manufacturing steel or for heavy applications AR400 (abrasiv resistant steel with 400 HB

hardness) quality class steels. Machine– attachment pins are made of high performance and quality steels and are

hardened complete.

The existing hangers on the bucket have to be cutted and the ERVA QuickCoupler suitable hangers have to be welded.
Material for  the new hangers has to be choosen as St 52-3 machine manufacturing steel.
